Morini cant start!

hi guys!
i have problem with my morini,i try to start him but nothing, he have spark on both cylinders fuel sometimes come but its too little...i use kn air filters is that possible problem..give some advice all was helpfull...

Kako si? I hope the weather is good in TSG this time of year I passed through there many times between 93-95 when I worked in Sarajevo.

It might be the pick up, if you look back at some of my posts you will find the post from Paul Compton re running a cable directly from the alternator green cable to the transducers.
