Need engine rebuilt in US

I'm looking for a shop or really experienced individual who can rebuild my engine. The engine was taken apart years ago. It's rusty and needs to be completely gone through. Location on the east coast near Delaware would be a positive. Please contact me at mark@markepstein.net Thanks, Mark
