mirror left side

Post by benshannon »

I didnt expect fitting a mirror to be so hard.

I have just got a nice cafe racer style bar end mirror for the left side to match the right side as i felt i needed one for dual carriageways.

i saw that the was a bar end plug so i tried to take it out, turns out theres a long metal rod inside the handlebar. ive been drilling for ages.

please tell me im retarded and there is an easier way, or is it simply to keep drilling and buy a wider bit to get it out?

cheers.

p.s

Thinking about going to the carole nash show in stafford on sunday 27th april. Anyone else going, is there a morini stand?

Most bar end weights have a bolt the pulls on a wedge. To release you undo the bolt a bit then hit the end to release the wedge.

There is club stand up on the balcony every year, April and October.
