Fabulous, thanks for posting this, Paul. Do you intend to post one of the cleaning and reassembly stages? If not, a couple of Qs. When cleaning each respective part are there any tricks or no-nos or is it straightforward? Second, is reassembly just the reversal?

The Youtube sequence of the motor rebuild is now complete.

Next job is to sort the starter clutch and assemble the side case.

Clutch rebuild will hopefully get completed this weekend.
