Expertise in Winchester?

I run a 350, my second, Strada which Ive had since the early eighties when it was acquired as a box of bits; she doesn't do a lot of miles but still enjoys a good thrashing when thoroughly warmed up.
A couple of years ago she went up to NLM for a holiday and had, in addition to the Benjy Straw fitted L5 cam & springs and rebuild; gas-flowed heads, lightened primary gears, lowered gearing and setting up by their young fella on his gas analyser. These performance modifications allowed the bike to wheelie off the throttle in third gear and to pull 12,000 rpm in top with standard gearing.
Currently the bike is only running on and off one cylinder and bangs & farts like an oldie. And the headlight has stopped working. I just don't have the time to sort her out and am in need of a motorcycle shop close to home; Winchester, Hampshire, that is experienced in Morinis and can be trusted to do a bit of fettling. Any suggestions please?
