Yes, if you also fit the matching (rather ugly) outer case. The same ignition was fitted to the Dart and 350 and 500 cruisers.
It does however have the potential to kick back. Mark Bailey's 501 engined bike really tried to hurt me on Friday when I was trying to ride it up onto the club stand at Stafford. It's not running well after its accident, probably due to dirt shaken loose finding its way into the carbs.
A 350 is much easier to turn over, so any tendency to kick back wouldn't be anything like as severe.
