Strada instrument panel

Hi every one
Just got round to solving a "bulb and holder falling out" problem on my 3 1/2 Strada Instrument housing; Been like that all the more thaneight years of riding.
It looks like the previous owner did not have the large Viton? washer thing which supports the tacho drive as it goes to the instrument instrument.
There is lot of black tape holder bulbs in.
Does any one know where I can find solutions or propose how I might fabricate a solution?
I will call Doug at Mdina on Monday.
Just enjoyed a very cold ride with a smug smile because of newly fitted heated grips

I used a dab of silicone sealant on the one that drops out over rough roads.

Now I have it in pieces 3potjohns advice is the way to go for me.
With the previous owner's lots of sticky tape cleared away, i can see the wood for the trees.
