This is good news and the broadening choice and improving quality from Asia is good to see. It’s probably an emission or catalyser packaging matter but I’d have loved to see twin silencers on the 3 1/2..

I think it's a very very sweet looking bike, modern & retro all together, love it! I hope they'll come up with a blue GT as well :D

I too like it. One of the few modern bikes that look in proportion from the videos and pictures - doesn't seem too short in wheelbase/tall in tank/saddle. First of the plastic era Morinis I would actually consider owning.
Wonder if the undersquare engine is a sign of a bigger bore version in the wings?

There's already quite some discussion on fb about the horses. I also think that somewhere near 50 instead of 32 should be doable being dohc instead of ovh etc

Well, that is quite amazing, I must say.

Modern enough, but not as divisively styled nor angular as the worst offenders.
Design-wise, it seems to share DNA with that particular vintage Sport behind it, but my old K1 would look different again.

I'd say, congratulations and it could have gone so wrong.

The spec suggests a weight below 165Kg. Whilst the quoted power (32hp) may seem below the old 350 I expect most of those do not produce anything like the original spec.
Roll on next year for a test ride. Am I going to sell my K1 though? Unlikely. It has better mudguards for a start (one of my gripes with modern bikes)
At least the new 700 Xcape has a centre stand.

Just a thought, but if something was lost in translation from Chinese to Italian, and it was 32KW, that would equate to almost 43 BHP?, which considering the genius who designed the engine, is much more like it!
I think the bike is lovely, and depending on price, I could see me owning one, assuming it makes it into production.

I think it's 32 bhp, the bike where they have the engine from (QJ300) has exactly the same specs. But that is just a 300, so in the end I hope it will really be a 350 with some more power

AAAAHHHH, I see.
I've been labouring under a misapprehension!. I heard that Lambertini was working on a modern version of a V Twin motor to power a new line of smaller displacement Morini's, I wrongly assumed this was the engine used in this bike.
Oh well, so it's basically a cosmetic exercise using an existing Chinese built and designed engine?.
It still looks lovely though.

Lambertini turned 80 this year, last Morini he worked on was the Corsaro-engine in a lightweight airplane, don't know if this was a big success though. With the Italian meeting some years ago we went to that factory not far from where the meeting was held.

So yes, this is an all Chinese bike, the design was done in Italy if I am not mistaking, but by someone inside the factory so not an external design agency or something like that

anyway there are not that many sporty 350 v-twins on the market ,
so i like that , never mind the name plate.

Not sure it will be a big succes , selling a premium 350 cc twin was never easy.
most 350 are bought for commuting

I like it. Would prefer more silver to complement the rather big areas of black, oh and re-map mine to 50hp please as I'm not worried about the A2 motorcycle horsepower limit
