Hello all,
Supercharged Morini had a bit of a bad incident and is in need of a replacement swingarm...Among other things....
There is one on ebay here in the States that looks to be off a 500 possibly...Does anyone know if there a "differences" from a 350 K2 swingarm that would keep it from fitting properly?
I have a swingarm from an early model 350. However, IT would have to have the axle slots machined to fit the larger K2 axle, a brake caliper bracket stay made and welded on "exactly" correct, and addition bracing added to bring it's stiffness up.... All of which I'd like to avoid.
THe motor transmission needs all my attention right now as serious damage is expected to be revealed when I get things apart...
Dyno operator shifted the Bike into 1st with the 1000 lb+ drum spinning 50mph or more......Ugly things happened....

Bimey! That does sound nasty. I think the 500 item will fit the same, but is a bit longer. So the need for bracing is likely to be even more. I do have one here in UK that is spare but quess the postage will be a bit fruity.
All donations to the rest home for old Camels, Leicestershire.
