Performance and different silencers

Hi all,
The original silencers on my bike need some TLC and rechroming soon. I've been looking at alternatives just in case they have reached retirement time, and have been looking at the silencers made by Maurino Seti sold by Motoritalische. Could anyone who might have them comment if they change the bike's performance much, or what changes to tuning or carburettors are needed if they are used?

Have done a google search under motoritaliche and Maurino Seti but nothing comes up. s therer a website for either? If so, can you post it?

For what its worth, the Morini seems reasonably unaffected by silencers, carburation wise. I've had original 2 seam Lafranconi's, Sito's, a one-off 2:1 by Campbell Geometrics and currently the Brituro 2 seams as sold by North Leicester. The only mods I've ever done to the carbs in the 38 years I've had the bike is to fit smaller pilot jets, and I believe that is more to do with the modern fuels than anything else.
Noisewise, the Lafranconi's were good noisewise, the Sito's too quiet for me, the 2:1 was either too loud or hit performance when the bafflingf was adjusted to make noise bearable, while the Brituro's are a bit louder than the Lafranconi's, but still acceptable.

Thanks George, and Charlie for the correct spelling of the website. I'm hoping my silencers will last a bit longer, but nice to know changing them won't involve other messing around.

I've bought seamed 350 silencers and downpipes from Motostoriche Italiane: good fit, good value, nice noise and no changes needed to carburation.
