Vibrations!
Re: Vibrations!
What do you mean by Suzuki dampers?
Re: Vibrations!
Vibration dampers, bar end weights, must be loads of standard ones about as many get changed for something that looks fancy.
They don't have to be Suzuki ones it's just I has some knocking about from one and they fit.

Re: Vibrations!
Just to update, ignition timing checked (not out), valves checked (only one slightly out), all mounting bolts loosened and re-tightened, new throttle cables fitted and carbs balanced - all equals not so vibey motor
. Took her out for a thrash today running like a good un. But still no idea how fast i'm going????

If you have a smart phone download one of those gps speedo's
I can check the revs at speed in top gear on my Strada if your rev
counter works that would give a idea.

Re: Vibrations!
Does anyone have any experience of Grip Puppies?. My throttle side clip on vibrates more than the clutch side, so much that after around 40 miles the white finger things starts to happen. If I'm winding it on a bit on a longish ride, eventually I can't feel the brake lever, not good. Carb balance, mounting bolts etc are all good.
