Plug leads

Post by chirpy999 »

HOw do you change the plug leads on a 350? Onmy Kawasaki gpz 550, which is a 1981 i treated it to new leads and its a transformed bike. I still have some lead left which would be long enough for my 350 so I thought Id treat her to some new leads, I had the tank off and pulled on the lead at the transducer end but it wouldnt budge , any ideas?

Thanks

Dave

I changed mine some years back but cant for the life of me remember how they came out,
would think they unscrew not just pull out but not at all sure.

One reply for each transducer :)

I changed the leads on a Dart, they unscrewed. Some are 'bonded' in for waterproofing, so probably best to remove the transducers and have a look.

Now if we had a delete button I could do something about it.
