Silencers

Post by George 350 »

Hi All,
For those with pre 1979 350’s who want the most accurate twin seam silencers I have seen so far and have deeper pockets than me, you may well be interested in these:
http://www.brezzirandellini.com/catalog ... tegoria2=8
Scroll down to Item BS02.07

They also do various other silencers for many other Morini – old singles, later 350’s, 250 and 500’s too, but the prices seem high (or I am expecting too much?) I have no idea as to their quality/durability.
When I enquired, here is their reply:

Hello,
The price for article BS02.07MORINI 350 cromed is Euros 240,00 + trasport Uk Euros 60,00 .
Best Regards
BREZZI-SAMUELE-COLLEZIONISMO

Euro 300 = £260 at today’s rates!

Regards,
George.

I guess that's per side, otherwise it'd be entirely reasonable?

The picture shows a pair, so that's what I'd expect to be buying? Nice and shiny though, and probably sound better than the other seamed replacements currently available here?

Google Translate required, methinks!

Good riding, and fettling!

Chris,

No need for Google translation - there is an 'English' button at the top right of the home page. Further to my earlier comment that they were expensive, I was comparing the price to the NLM/Brituro ones I bought a year ago at £81 each. Now these are over £120 with VAT, the Italian ones don't look so bad, especially as they look to be the correct shape where they join the headers.

George.
