Finally got around to to having a run out on my recently re acquired 125 h, I had forgotten how good this little bike is, big thanks to George (chips1953) who did a great job restoring the bike.
Regards Pete.

Re: First run out on 125 h
I just bought one of these in the same colour. Mine is generally scruffy and bit rusty on the rims, but almost complete. On my machine the kickstart lever is located in its resting position by a piece of aluminium bar welded onto the LHS case, coming out at 90 degrees to the engine cylinder. Yours seems to have something similar, except the angle is different, more like 45 degrees! Just wondered if there is a story behind this. I don't recall the kickstart being like that on my 350 Strada back in the day. I have ordered a timing belt and may fit it and clean mine up and see if it starts.

Hello John, I am pretty sure that the kickstart lever is how it came from the factory, the kickstart leaver rests on a piece of aluminium that is cast into the clutch casing. The wheel rims on my bike are not great I will probably get them rebuilt next year. Have you got any pictures of your bike ? Keep us informed on your progress on getting it running.
Regards Pete.
