75 3 1/2 sports makeover

Not really a barnfound, but missing some original parts and colors

So i stripped the bike

Painted the frame with epoxy-paint
and refitted electrics

They serviced the drumbrake.

new bearings
changed the seals
Fitted the M cam from my old Dart
Included the gear of the Dart too
Ready to close
Found a set of original oversize pistons
Looks like an Morini V

Yesterday i measured the timing, because i mounted the M cam and another belt pulley (had to cut the small one)
And waiting for some parts.
SS exhaust pipes from the UK
and
left enginecover from Slovenia

It's running better in the 3500-4000 range

Really?
The Sport produces more torque all the way through the rev range compared to a Strada and although the Dart with the M cam loved to rev, I always felt it lacking in the mid range. Smooth, tractible, but lacking the punch of my Sport.
