Axio Bags

Post by Henrik »

I have been looking for some smart luggage solutions for my Corsaro. Basically I want something handy for touring over a few days so that I do not need to take my backpack. I have looked around the shops in my area, but none of the tailbags I have found will fit properly on the bike.

However, I recently discovered on the net the Axio bags. Does anybody here have any experience with them? It seems like the tail bag would be a perfect fit for the rear of the Corsaro, and also their tank bag could be strapped on to the tank.

I am tempted to order them, but given the price it would be great to try them out on the bike first, so I am turning to you guys...

I modified the fixing tubes from a Ventura system then used the standard Ventura rack and 35kg luggage (the brackets were from a 2008 B King and needed 2 additional bends and new locating lugs welded to them) then had them re-powder coated ready for fitting. this means I can use the same rack and luggage on both my bikes.
I removed the tubes after my last tip, as soon as I have 5 minutes I will put them back on, fit the rack and take a picture.
