have a look at the back of your coolant hose where it passes the oil cooler.
You may find it has been rubbing against the side of the cooler.
I'm going to silicone on a rubber tapwasher or similar on to the side of the oil cooler to provide a buffer.

exact same ,but this time the water coolant hoses starting to rub against the oil cooler
