Relays
Re: Relays
have a look in the workshop manual it shows all the relays
Re: Relays
I really do not wish to be rude but the whole function of the forum is to help members with problems. I made a sincere request for help and information about the relays in the nosecone area of my Corsaro and what I got was some idiot telling me to look at a workshop manual. If I had one then I would not be asking the question. The information that I gathered from a local bike shop was that Aprilia Tuonos of 99/04 vintage used them but they have the bike up and appear to be 4 pins and 20 amps Morini ones are 5 pin 25 amp. Anyway ive ordered new ones from 3X and I might running soon.
Re: Relays
just so happens i was going to post a picture of the relays in reply to your question , but due to ill health was unable to do so at the time.
May your relays last five mins

Re: Relays
to be fair , i think the reply i gave on hind sight was a bit tongue in cheek, so i can understand where the reply came from. I take back what i said about the relays and hope you have as much fun with the bike as the rest of us have.
Without the forum it's hard to get answers, unless you are really pally with a dealer.
Is the stuff on the web about a firesale at morini true?

Re: Relays
Twisty;
Nice gracious apology - thanks for keeping to the Morini spirit! I had problems with the relay under the cone and 3X replaced it with one from another Corsaro, when I'd bought the bike from NLM - service!
Yes the Firesale appears to be true; what's more I think that they're all gone now!
Morini might be back in the autumn, we're just going to wait and see;
In the meantime, fingers crossed that our bikes run on OK - I'm down at 3X shortly as I need the GP serviced, so we'll see what the story is then (and pick up issue two of Benzina...)
Good riding,
CC

A Voxan owner feels your paincorsaro chris wrote: Morini might be back in the autumn, we're just going to wait and see;In the meantime, fingers crossed that our bikes run on OK - I'm down at 3X shortly as I need the GP serviced, so we'll see what the story is then (and pick up issue two of Benzina...)

The Voxan Club de France organised a 'fighting fund' once the sale of all the machinery, bikes and parts was announced. They ended up buying the last batch of VX10s, with a view to selling them off to raise more dosh. They have plans for a spares scheme. The 'name' has been bought by a maker of electric cars including a very tasty looking sports car. From what little has been said you may see a Voxan in the TTXGP if it is still being run in a couple of years.
Perhaps more chance of Morini being resurrected I guess - fingers crossed.
