Damed relays

Post by Dave »

Firstly I have apoligised to Twisty with a personal message and i have explained to him the reasons for my frustration with these items.I have been off the road for nearly three weeks,I have driven dozens of miles visiting all sorts of shops and dealers and when one said he could get me the items I thought happy days.Im still waiting. Hopefully next week I will get the little sods and hopefully I will be up and running again but IF they dont solve the problem which is fuelling related hence the need for a workshop manual then I will be off the road for some time.
I hope you can see where my frustration spilled over and Twistys sence of humour was missunderstood by me I hope this is self explanitory and I can still rely on the forums support.

i see you said that you had fuelling problems that might be related to the relays. What kind of symptoms?

I'll have a look at the relays as i've got some on a spare wiring loom and see if there is any makers identfication. morini obviously just sourced them in.

looking at the headlight face on (looking to rear of bike)

from left to right

High beam relay
Electric fan relay
Low beam relay

above the 3 relays is the flasher unit

to the right of the flasher unit and slightly above is the Air temperature/pressure sensor

4 11/06 in workshop manual

the almost middle 20 amp fuse in the fuse box coils/injectors/fuel pump
