I believe there was an issue with some early crankcase covers leaking. It's a warranty job so best speak to your dealer.
The other place where leaks have been found is the oil cooler hoses rubbing through so check those too. Again this would be replaced under warranty.
My experience with warranty work on my '06 corsaro is that 3x were first rate at sorting issues. pleased to say that so far the '08 corsaro I replaced it with has been 100% problem free
