Power delivery / low rev performance

Hi all, I’ve had a Corsaro Avio 2008 for nearly 2 years now and thought yes it’s about time I joined the forum. I initially had problems with power delivery, it was either all or nothing and the engine stalled regularly at junctions and while backing off the throttle. I cured this by following guidance on here changing the mapping from 23ACMORCAVE (Avio 2008?) to 23AMORCAVG Lambda off (Avio 2009?). The power delivery is now a lot smoother and rarely stalls. However the bikes manners at low revs, junctions and roundabouts still leaves a lot to be desired and spoils the enjoyment of riding what is overall a great machine. So a couple of questions that I hope you can help me with; How can I smooth out low rev performance and what are the service intervals for the Corsaro?

Oil and filters 10W60 3600ml
Spark plugs Champion RG4HC or NGK CR9EB

Every 10000Km or 2 years
Brake and clutch fluid DOT4
Fork oil
Coolant

After 10000Km then every 20000Km
Valve clearances in 0.200-0.250 ex 0.250-0.300

Every 20000Km or 4 years
Brake and clutch lines

40000Km
Fuel filter
Cam chains (would recommend not neglecting this)

50000Km
Throttle cable

Plus all the usual checks every 10000Km
The air filter is washable cotton type
