the brake fitment has different hole spacing on some (nissin calipers for instance ) and the spindle is different.
On the standard corsaro if you kept the same bottom end fitment then its not worth changing as you still don't have adjustment down at the wheel spindle but on the veloce you could swap the bottom ends on to the mv 50mm marzochhi stanchions if you wanted a project. Or you could source the mv f4 with the radial caliper mounts and make a new spindle and spacers.
