Going somewhere in April?
Going somewhere in April?
Well after that lot of weather, gritters and so forth, I fired up the Corsaro and gave her only a quick spin because of the salt.
I feel that we may be coming out of hibernation, the nights are getting lighter, but only slowly.
Does anybody fancy a trip out in April, to any where?

Re: Going somewhere in April?
Hi,
I am organising a trip out on 22nd April (Sunday). I'll let you know the details later if you wish to join in.
Possibly starting at Devil's Bridge 11am - then off to lunch - depends on weather and traffic - either lakes or north pennines.
Mike.

Re: Going somewhere in April?
Thanks to Mickymoto for organising the trip, most enjoyable and good to meet some other Morini riders.
The day started for me cold and wet, but turned good later.
Thanks.
Hope you guys got home without the rain.

Re: Going somewhere in April?
Ahahahahahahaha - biblical downpour on A684 - had to ride in the centre of the road to avoid the floodwaters in the gutter, which was being thrown up by the cars in front.... when I got home the missus said it had been raining all day - one for the wet west, drier than the east for once.Chips1953 wrote: Hope you guys got home without the rain.
I enjoyed the ride, but always worry about the 'pace'.
