Unfortunately I have recently written off my Granpasso - but the panniers were not on the bike at the time and the insurance company have said I can keep them!

So I have for sale a pair of Black Mobiplast Side Panniers. They are also known as Hepco & Becker Gobi Black Panniers. They have Moto Morini stickers. Unfortunately the attachment brackets suffered accident damage so are not available for sale. These would have to be sourced from 3X or Hepco & Becker if needed.

The panniers are in absolute perfect condition having only been used for one weekend in the 9 months I owned them.

They cost new £400 from 3X but they are for sale at £150 for the pair.

They can be seen / collected from Sherborne Dorset .

OOH gutted ,hope your ok ,what happened.Can you buy the bike from the insurance company ,it might be worth it for parts if MM go belly up.

I was a bit bruised and shaken but basically ok after the accident - wet road, left hand bend and shiny bitumen after a road repair. . Main piece of luck was that there were no cars coming the other way!!
I could have had the bike for parts (plus some cash) but on balance I felt that the full cash offer was the best option.

Panniers now sold.

That's not alot of damage to write off a 10 grand bike .foot peg is the tricky one to fix ,but apart from that its a bargain for someone.

I recall that there was also damage to the front left fork and the rear swing arm which there do not appear to be photos of. The lack of availability of a large number of parts caused Aviva to write off the bike rather than major structural damage.

When I saw it, I thought it rang a bell.... heh, personally I would always avoid an advert that is so badly written. looks like the seller knows little of the bike and is just trying to turn it quickly. just my opinion, sorry if the seller is reading this!
