Hi all
Just made a rad cover for the GP out of an IKEA bin cost £5 . Does the job looks good .Although its filthy in the pics ,due to our lovely summer weather, you get the idea.Size wise if anyone want to make one its 350mmx197mm with 10mmx5mm cut from each of the corners, and be careful when removing the radiator screws ,1 the allen key bolts are plastic and rounds off, use a pair of pliers to hold and 2 ,don't lose the rubber washers on the rear of the radiator when removing the screws :)

Looks great...does it affect the temperature at all?

I dont suppose you have a name/part number for the bin?

Not seen any change in the temp, That did cross my mind but its a fine gauge mesh . i don't have any IKEA code ,I'd look at the IKEA website, or Staples might have something similar,it was just a round black office type paper bin, easily cut with scissors and wire snips.

Thanks toggy for this post. The Granpasso radiator seems quite exposed to debris so I have made a cover using your instructions. Measurements / advice all really useful. :D
