ObdII

Post by ogr1 »

Hi all...
Anyone point me in the right direction for a compatible
plug for the Passo's ecu port. I have the diagnostics cable already. It's an obdII & I need the female plug & lead to connect it all. I'm sure the existing male plug is only 2 pin?
Thanks in advance.

Yes, you will need a small plug to OBD2.

If you look on ebay there are a few for sale. I used Tune Ecu lite and a Bluetooth OBD2 dongle connected to my tablet. Can't change the ECU map, luckily, but can look at other settings.

I have 2 superseal plugs that feed into the Ecu.
The 2pin has 1 black & 1 green wire in situ.
The 3pin has only 2 wires? One is orange with a blue stripe, the other is purple with a black stripe.
I suspect the 2pin is for the heated grips?
Apart from that, I'm still no wiser.
Cheers.
