Wet clutch

Hi,

I decided it was finally tme to sort out the oil leaking onto the clutch plates and have decided to change all the seals while I am in there. I have everything apart, the clutch casing is almost off but one allen screw is fouling on the frame towards the back of the casing. Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Thankyou Paul for your very informative and useful Utube video, I have now fitted a new timing belt.
Once the seals are done it will be back on the road.
Regards Christine

Unable to assist with the but and bolt, but glad the Dart is still going... :)

Hi Mike,

I still really enjoy riding this bike, thankyou for selling it to me!
My other half is so rude about how ugly it is, how I have to spend ages looking for it if I park it next to the white picnic furniture and really I should only take it out at night.
But I love it.

Regards Christine

I think I can pivot the engine off the top front top engine mount, only needs to be lowered by 10mm for the casing to clear the frame, undo the silencer and exhaust mounts and linkages and that might do it. Tomorrow I will have another go.

On the plus side the clutch all looks in good condition if a little covered in oil at the moment.
