Ben Wylie
Ben Wylie
Very sad news that Ben Wylie, 42, co owner of Moto Hub, Stoke, was killed on his Morini last Wednesday morning in North Shropshire in a collision with a van. He raced various motorcycles over the years, was the Bimota importer at one time, and the son of the Wylie’s of Wylie and Holland Motorcycles in Market Drayton. I remember him as a little lad, very sad.

Re: Ben Wylie
I read this yesterday. I first came across Ben when he was running Amore Moto. He was the new importer of Morinis and very enthusiastic. I would travel the 100 miles to him to have my Scrambler serviced and he once lent me a Corsaro ZT which I enjoyed around the Welsh borders, ending up at Llangollen. He was just a motorcycle nut with a love of Morinis. When he teamed up with Sam West it was obvious they had a great relationship, the humour, the banter across the workshop was epic. They worked well together.
I send my condolences to Ben's family and to his Business partner, Sam. Ben will be badly missed by anybody who knew him and a huge loss to the Morini world.
Rest In Peace, Ben.

Re: Ben Wylie
I never met Ben, but have heard a lot about him from the local Morini community, just so sad. Massive condolences to his family and friends, and rest in peace. Pete.

Oh dear that’s sad he was a character and a knowledgeable Morini guy. Condolences to his friends and family.
