I'm just about to fit new seals and would like to know if anyone knows the correct amount and grade of oil to replace?

The Excalibur & new York owners manual says the following:
Fork oil replacement:
1) unscrew the upper and lower caps
2) push down repeatedly and strongly, till prongs will be completely empty
3)close the lower cap and fill each stem with 450gr. Oil AGIP F.1.A.T.F. DEXRON
Hope that helps, although following the owners manual instructions for the dart resulted in the forks being way overdamped. Should be a good starting point at the least though.
