Hopefully I should be able to make this year - last time (either 2 or even 3 years ago) I was battling with a very poorly Sport which, touch great hunks of timber, seems to be behaving at the moment! Only coming from Nuneaton and weather doesn't look too bad and I even used to be a train spotter (a long time ago!!).

Hi All,

I intend to be there, unless the weather forecast changes and it is absolutely lashing down with rain. (no waterproofs!)

Bah bloody humbug! Lovely sunshine, all looking good to go, kit on, where did I put the ignition key? Turn out pockets, move stuff on shelf where keys live, wake up Mrs F, turn house upside down and still no keys!
I hope that all of you who went along had a good day. when I find it, it will be off to see about getting another key cut.
George.

Well done Les, what a great day. There was an excellent turn out, the route had terrific scenery, the railway pit stops helped the day to be even more enjoyable. What great company - thanks to all who made a magic day. :D

Many thanks Les - thoroughly enjoyed the route and the company as well as adding a few numbers to my old Ian Allen books.... Apologies for dragging everyone off for petrol - must get a reserve sorted on the tank so that I don't need to just run on mileage! See you all again next year (or at a show somewhere!).

Thanks Les, the run was very nice, some pretty villages around there, all Country Life and Horse and Hound... roads were a bit tight for the 1200, I'll bring the Kanguro next year.

I enjoyed the first half of the ride. Shame I had to go home.... still, Rothley to Knaresborough in 90 minutes with a stop.... M1 was running well... dialled in 5k on the tacho and away she went :)

Sorry i didn't introduce myself, I was the one of the filthy dirty Corsaro..... been to Wales for the weekend and was on way home.

Mike.

Great ride out Les. Impressed with turn out after last time, I think the free fuel and free lunch did the trick :-)
