Scottish Ducati Club Classic Italian Motorcycle Weekend
21-23 September 2012, Moffat
Scottish Ducati Club is running its first classic event, to be based in Moffat. The event is aimed at attracting classic Italian motorcycles for a weekend riding some superb roads in Galloway and the Borders as well as the chance to socialise with like-minded enthusiasts.
The plan is to meet up on the evening of Friday 21 September for a beer or two, renew acquaintances, and check out some beautiful classic bikes. On Saturday and Sunday there will be suggested routes to ride, and on Saturday night a dinner where we can enjoy some good food together at the Buccleuch Arms, a very biker-friendly place indeed.
Participants do not need to be members of Scottish Ducati Club. In addition, anyone on a modern motorcycle is very welcome to come along for the ride, and can join in the Saturday evening dinner at the Buccleuch.
