Thank you friends, My GT is always running well, is my main mean of transport. Has reached 150000 Km. with no troubles at all. My bike has the electric starter as others of friends that have on bikes of that period the indicator repeater and the electric starter.
So I would say that the indicator repeater arrived when the electric starter was introduced.

My two 3 1/2 both had that washer and I was the first to disassemble their swinging arms.
The washer fits very very tight and it is difficult to set it back.
