Re: Rearsets for 500 SEI V Sport?
I know this will be of limited use to those out there, since it only applies to 500s with left hand shift, which I understand are scarce on the ground. But, if you happen to have a 500 with left hand shift and wish to install rear sets, the standard Tarozzi set up will not work. My bike did not have...

Curved K2 Kickstart Lever
Does anyone have one of those curved, offset K2 Shift Levers knocking about? I've seen pictures of K2s with these curved levers, as opposed to the straight line lever that came with my 83 500 SEI V Sport. I need the curved lever to help clear the toepiece on new rear sets I put on the V Sport. Will ...

Stainless Parts
There used to be a vendor on Ebay who sold various stainless parts he either made of had fabricated. I purchase exhaust mounts, exhaust nuts, rear wheel adjusters and other various stainless parts from him, but he appears to have disappeared. Anyone know of a source, or contact info for this vendor?...

Rearsets for 500 SEI V Sport?
I have a US version 500 V Sport. This has a left hand shift/right side brake cross over conversion. The rear brake master cylinder is not on the left side of the bike, but is on the right side. Does anyone know of a rear set that has been adapted for this model? The Tarrozi sets for a 500 appear to ...

Re: Starter motor strip
Paul:
Very well done, and very helpful. While the starter is a very Rube Goldbergesque design, with a strong enough battery it appears to work quite well.

VIN Numbers
I am having problems registering my 1983 500 V Sport, due to an erroneous "check digit" number in the VIN assigned to the bike. On US imports a 17 digit VIN was required on all post 1981 models. My bike has a frame number of 05906 and an engine number of 05906. The 17 digit VIN was placed ...

Re: New 1983 Sport
Finally got the bike, which looks brand new. Had to kickstart it, as the electric starter was not up to the jo. What battery are people using to improve this? Also, has paioli piggy back linked shock, which are too soft, even with preload maxed out. Does anyone know the max PSI thst these are suppos...
