Re: Classic Morini race bikes.
I forwarded it to Luzzi, according to him it's the real thing, he said he was at Imola with his dad in 1963 to see Provini smash the "mito giallo" which was Redman on the Honda, he recognised the bike immediately

Re: Camel Forks
Isn't the Coguaro the same as the latest 501, the X3? I can imagine the frame being different because of the starter motor in front of the engine, like on the Excaliburs. The 501 X2 fork is way longer than the 500 Camels and the X3 version.

Re: Camel Forks
Hi Steve, I have a 501 X2-fork complete in good condition. I also have some lower legs of a 1st series Camel but they need welding (cracks at the part where the axle is blocked (or was). Also some inner legs (how do you say this in decent English?), rusty, maybe even some Excalbur legs which have th...

Re: 3½ headset cups and cones
Excaliburs share the same cups & cones, they are mostly used for the engine and other parts so maybe you can find a pair of these. I have tapered ones on my 3 1/2 though, and it works fine. Also the cups used on the Kanguro etc you can fit on a 350 as well. Only the stem (do you call it like thi...

Re: Will a Kanguro kickstart lever fit a 3½ Sport?
I've tried it on some but it probably won't fit, they won't even fit the round frame camels. The axle fitting is the same but it will hit the frame or footpegmounts at some point

Re: New 3 1/2 at Eicma show
Lambertini turned 80 this year, last Morini he worked on was the Corsaro-engine in a lightweight airplane, don't know if this was a big success though. With the Italian meeting some years ago we went to that factory not far from where the meeting was held. So yes, this is an all Chinese bike, the de...

Re: New 3 1/2 at Eicma show
I think it's 32 bhp, the bike where they have the engine from (QJ300) has exactly the same specs. But that is just a 300, so in the end I hope it will really be a 350 with some more power
