Richard from Tecmoto

The last time I saw Richard (just over a year ago) he was intending to go and live abroad – does anyone know if he fulfilled that particular ambition or whether he is still in the UK and still servicing Corsaro's as he's a genius with the Italian spanners and mine's up for it's next service? Thanks ...

Red 2008 Corsaro Veloce for Sale

New house is forcing me to sell my beloved Corsaro Veloce. First registered on 19th August 2008 I bought it in February 2009 from Tecmoto who have maintained it every since (even though Richard appears to have gone AWOl recently). Richard did all of the updates up to the last service in October 2009...

Woo Hoo! I'm a very happy lad. The new hand-made baffles, change to non-race ecu and retune have taken my tank range to reserve light coming on from 110.2 to 128.7! It made for a very nervous ride once I got past 110.2 and I changed my route to include lots of petrol stations as I stopped believing ...

Excellent idea – I was looking for something to cover the lot but a superseal waterproof connector kit will do the job. Looks like Mr eBay has another customer tonight – thanks for the recommendation!

After picking my bike up in February the rear left indicator began working intermittently – which was both annoying and dangerous. A friend took that bundle of wires apart and found that a build up of gunge and subsequent corrosion was the problem – he cleaned and rebundled. They've been working...

No Longer Baffled

Yes, really enjoying the bike, particularly since the recent changes. I got Pazzo levers put on which not only look incredible, they are gorgeous to use! I'll try and extract a baffle and take a picture when I have time. They are based on the original baffle (which I gave them to model it on) but op...

No longer Baffled!

I thought I'd share the solution to the dilemma I was having with my Veloce – baffles in too quiet, baffles out too noisy AND it was like a demented moody teenager at slow speeds in traffic (hard work and would never do as I asked)! At the same time I have to thank Richard at Tecmoto for the work ...

I replied to your other post before I read this one and just want to add that in my opinion the Corsaro is leagues above the Speed Triple – if you upgrade you'll wonder why you stayed with the Triumph for so long! This forum is fairly quiet but I got excellent advice on here and actually went for ...

I hope your dream comes true very soon PVC as the Veloce is just the best naked bike I've ever ridden (and I've ridden a few). I put a couple of hundred miles on her at the weekend and there is something about the combination of riding position, engine, sound and power delivery that is nigh on perfe...

Thanks for the replies. As V-Fun says, it is highly subjective – If it were just the neighbours then I'd most likely leave them out, but I also have 2 clients who have their own stables close to the house – I don't think they'd be too happy with me banging and blasting my way down their drive! I...

Baffled?

I've had to fit the baffles to my Veloce – I adore the de-baffled sound but it is simply too noisy when I start it up at 6.00 on a Sunday morning. I'm a little disappointed by the massive difference in sound with the baffles in – is there any other option such as different Termi baffles that get...

Thanks for your replies chaps. I've managed to get out on her today as weather has been very mild down here from 11 o'clock onwards and it has simply confirmed that I now own the best bike I've ever ridden! Awesome is a word that is perhaps a little 'yoof' for my liking, but now I understand its tru...

I'm now a Veloce Owner!

BIG Thanks to Richard from TecMoto – I am now the proud owner of their demonstrator Veloce! I've braved rain, sleet and snow to bring her from Essex to East Sussex today. What an absolutely awesome ride – but I've either got to get used to people turning to look in complete astonishment as I rid...

Same route to Corsaro Veloce

Henrik, it's as though we have both been on the same journey:

KTM Superduke,
Ducati Monster S4R
Aprilia Tuono
BMW K1200R
Benelli TNT 899
Triumph Speed Triple

Add in the Ducati Monster 1100 and the (smaller than expected) MV Brutale and that was my route to the Corsaro Veloce!
