I need new tyres (note... a Yank spelling like a Brit) for both my Morini 2C and my Laverda SF2. What do you recommend? I need to purchase tires available in USA. Just rebuilt the wheels for the Laverda. In doing so I trashed an old pair of Pirelli Phantoms.

It only get's worse. While riding the Buell I was broadsided by an SUV. the guy was making a left turn and didn't see me. For you Brits that's the same as a right hand turn across traffic. I pulled the tank and side covers. Couldn't find any fried wires. I'm going to remove the spark plugs and see if I have spark. The neutral light still lights on the dash. guess that's a good thing.

I have the same Faimm horns on my Laverda and Morini. You can probably get a new one from Wolfgang Haerter at Columbia Car & Cycle in BC Canada.

I'm with you on electrics. I always get my daughter to fix them for me.

I've finally received the paperwork on this bike. First sold 11/18/1980. I was pleasently surprised to find that the registration was only 1 year late. The fork seals are presenting a problem. I measured the Paioli forks with my calipers and I think they're 32mm. However...
