As I’m sure you are aware, most Morini didn’t have engine numbers. Some export markets had numbers stamped, and when done they were usually (not always) in the vicinity of the rear engine mount. I have never had or known that bearing or the spring to fail. In fact, I’ve never even replaced those items in any of my engines.

Definitely worth checking everything else out when you reassemble, and make sure the thrust washers and shims are correct and in the correct places
