I recently made a new loom for my dart, got all the wire I needed from vehicle wiring products and managed to track down a supplier for the molex plugs and pins, which will be the same plugs as on your excalibur, if it's a kokusan equipped one. All of the molex plugs and pins needed to do the whole ...

just a general tip with the carbs- if you find that they leak fuel from the float bowl as you describe and you are sure that the banjo is done up, the seals are good and the float is not punctured, then you most likely have a sticking float, which is causing the supply to not shut off. Tap the side ...

Steve, Thanks for the tip! Having seen a lowsided corsaro (not mine!) it seems that most parts are nicely tucked in and are 'saved' by the pillion peg hangars. With the exception of the rearsets and clutch cover... Having seen the price for replacement clutch covers, rearsets and pegs for the corsar...

Seriously, this is a fantastic event, I spent the day there last year and was saddend to be the only morini there. You will spend the day drooling over some fantastic two and four wheeled machines. Unfortunately I won't be there this year as I foolishly booked my honeymoon without realising the clas...

I have just bought a hattech rack for my corsaro. It is a really neat device that clips onto the bike in place of the pillion seat, so it's unobtrusive and quick to install and remove.

It was about £100, very friendly service and quick shipping from germany

Thanks Chris, I am going to sit the winter out and wait until my 25th birthday in March- at which point Footman James said they'd be able to do me a multibike for the corsaro and my much modified Dart for about £380 comp. 7 years no claims helps but not being a BOF doesn't!!! It's going to be a fru...

David,

What you have to remember is that I bought 10 pies to take home with me at the pie shop so I'm still subjecting myself to them and will be feeling the effects for a long time to come.

I am wondering if the modifications I have done will be enough!

Haha! Bruno you know as well as I do that you'll still be giving me a good run for my money next year! I have not ridden my dart since april- Complete rebuild taking place because she was looking a bit tired, and new 501 motor with lightened crank and underseat exhaust pipes as well as all my previo...

Corsaro insurance

Calling all UK corsaro owners...

Who have you found to be good (cheap & Quality) insurers for the corsaro? I have had a ring around and got some reasonable and some not so reasonable quotes, and suprisingly some companies still not listing the new morinis (including footman james!)

Cheers,
Tom

350 engine

I am having a morini parts clearout! late type 350 engine, came out of my dart. Low mileage, nikasil barrrels and the refinement of late type starter and electrics. Early pickup/stator/sidecovers can of course be retrofitted. Would benefit from a rebuild, some play in main bearing, but ran ok with n...

dart wiring loom

Hi all... long shot but I am looking for a wiring loom for a dart, preferably unused or in very very good condition. I am just finishing a ground-up rebuild of my 501 dart and the wiring loom I have is a constant source of trouble. am happy to swop for 350 dart engine parts or any excalibur bits, or...
