Re: 350 Strada wanted
Agree with bikes turning out more costly than people think (or persuade themselves to believe); the bike you mention is ok but nothing striking tbf.

Re: 1977 3.5 Sport Restoration
That is a great picture of a very clean and new looking Sport. It is becoming evident that just like Italian cars, Italian bikes were built to the 'whats in the store today' specification. [ I have also noticed that the tank on my bike does not have the ridge up the middle which other 1977 Sport's ...

Re: 1977 3.5 Sport Restoration
I noticed that the original sport seat on my bike does not seem to be the same shape as the sport seats that I see around the forum. The following two pictures shows the difference :- http://www.29bit.com/morini/sport-seat-type2.jpg This seems to be the most common sport seat shape that I see and al...

Re: Rusty Petrol Tanks need a 77 Strada tank help
Hello, I used POR15 about 10 yrs ago in my Morini tank; I followed the instructions to the letter when using it and thought it had done an ok job. I've not used the bike much (ahem) since then but a few yrs ago the POR15 started to lift at the bottom of the tank, I can see this by looking with a tor...

Re: devitt insurance "beware" upon renewal
That's not unusual with insurance companies (and other companies).May seem a bit cheeky of them, but if you were going to renew what's the problem? They are only trying to cut down on admin and trying to make a profit.

Yep, they really do have a nice climate there, it looked great. :) Their wheelying skills are just fantastic aren't they? I wouldn't have the nerve (or ability) ! For me the clip was all the better in that it was done on a Freeway (and down town) with loads of bikes etc. Yes, big trouble if you were...

That is v.fast, great work; I can't imagine any other Morini 350 or 500 v-twin has got near that speed since?
