after attending cadwell park yesterday one thing became very clear for next i need more power . is anybody in the uk still actively tuning 350s for dollar or is it diy now

fitted new choke plungers last week new type not affected by ethanol made no difference. bike is a 1978 sport with correct filter box and all the above has been checked .going to morini trackcday cadwell next week an feel a bit pensive about it

i bought bike as a none runner so never heard engine beforehand. but i did fit another set of refurb carbs of another 350 sport that i have an same problem happened

hi trevor i have same system on my 500 which i am just about to start putting back together would it be possible to call you in a couple of months for any info i need on setting up ignition cheers

slides were actually in the wrong way wen i got bike but correctly fitted now 2 ml slack in throttle cables. needles set in middle position . ignition bob on .steel inlet stubs were loose aswell all tightened up no air leaks . will check float hights wen i get home

hi have a small problem . just replaced cylinder head and piston on my 350 sport rebuilt carbs . new inlet manifold an air filters bike starts first kick an revs like agooden but for the life of me cant get ticker below 2000 revs any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated thanks

the chap who makes the tank badges in new Zealand his are brilliant white an very good quality

i will have to borrow vernier gage i only have rudimentary tools at moment checked piston all over an there is no numbers on crown of piston tried to post pic of piston but it wont upload

i am not a newby to morinis but i did stop riding bikes specifically morinis 40 year ago so i am a bit rusty .my question is if piston is standard size will it have its size stamped on it so as to identify it i cant find any numbers on piston cheers

help needed please. i have removed cracked cylinder head from my bike an discovered slight damage to top of piston the only numbers to identify the piston size is inside above were the gudgeon pin goes its printed sciam 785 does this number indicate the size of piston cheers

yes bit disappointed with discovery its right next to exhaust port . but shouldn't cost to mutch to put right

well found problem with bike .it was nothing to do with carburettors at all nothing to do with timing .it was a bloody great big crack in cylinder head .more money to spendi suppose
