I have visited the Tru-Blu site! It never ceases to amaze me that intelligent people are taken in by these claims. It's all smoke and mirrors. Companies like STP, Lucas, Molyslip market similar products. Tru-Blue claim and I quote "the oil better maintains its ability to cling to" and &quo...

Sorry Guvo You should NEVER use friction modifiers in motorcycle engines due to the use of wet clutches plus they can have a detrimental effect to the running of an engine with engine start failures, a rough running feel and increased fuel consumption due to higher engine stall speeds.THE ONLY oil u...

For this country and the temps we see, also if your NOT using it on the race track :) using a GOOD quality fully synthetic 10/40 with a jaso ma and double ester based spec should be NO problem :D there are quite a number to choose from depends who can supply in your location, but Putoline ,Motul Cas...

No need to use 10/60 oil as 3X and everbody else uses10/50 Morini themselves have said that this is acceptable and not to bore everyone with specs ie sheer properties, rpm at a given temp, or just go to opie oils to get the knowledge.
So save the pennies :D

:D I'm so pleased that your problems have been resolved, the bike and the loyal band of owners/test riders deserve better. After reading the test report on the Avio, I could so be tempted, but all the issue's with spares, dealers, ( lack of,and competentcy ) and residual values etc; and it seems a p...

Hi Chris and lads I,m still keeping an eye on the site and pleased that the updates appear to be working and things seem happier in the Morini camp. Although a colleague of a friend from work has reverted back to earlier level ECU claiming it was down on power!! Great to see that the Avio got such a...

Hi Tom The rough running will most certainly be down to the TWO failed starts and temp. The lambda sensor will have been washed in unburnt fuel and with the bike coolant temp not at operatin temp the ECU will have got confused as to what the fueling should be!! If that happens again just let the bik...

Right Lads Firstly Chris give me a call!! private e_mail so I can give you my number!! Second;VERY Over square engines like the Morini and 1098 Duke have inherent poor combustion due too the cyl/head design, this is one reason why poor fuel consumption, the same can be said of boxer engines!! eg BMW...
