I'm not aure if all loctite products are the same, but with loctite 542 a hairdryer will soften it for easy scraping. I can't answer your question definitely, but last September I visited the Start Gomma stand at Imola and bought Morini rubbers. The footrest rubbers were on a display board and labelled Morini. The kickstart and gear change rubbers came from under the counter, possibly more generic? I don't remember...

Welcome Steve, a Morini certainly does suit the south Shropshire borders, had a wonderful thrash to the Marches Italia from Powys. Left my Laverda at home that day.
