Hi all,
thanks for the input, I have had the perforated section cut out and replaced with new pipe and welded in place, cannot see the join and the job is very neat, when its polished and triple plated again I'm sure it will look like new.
Regards
Leonard.

Re: 125H/Corsaro
Hi,
I tried a 350 pipe but the exhaust nut would not pass the first bend for some reason, I may look around for a 250 twin pipe or a 250 single pipe all options a re open!
Regards
Leonard.

Re: 125H/Corsaro
Hi Jenny, thanks for your reply and the measurements, from those it would not fit a 125H as you suggest. Armours can make me a pipe for around £200 or I will try Alldens although I did ask him to make a megaphone some years ago and he was too bust at that time. But maybe things have changed. The rea...

Re: 125H exhaust pipe
thanks Mickey,
Armours say they can produce a copy to pattern, but its quite expensive about £200 will have to see if anything else turns up.

Leonard.

I know its a long shot, but wondered if anyone has an exhaust header pipe for a 125H or if anyone knows where I can get a new one made, my pipe has rotted through from the inside in a couple of places and may be beyond repair, But its 50 years old so has not done too bad. I have tried one or two loc...

Re: classic bike tyres
I will have to be guided by Central Wheel as to the rims and suitability for tubes or tubeless tyres, they rebuilt the wheels with new rims about three years ago. It is quite possible that the non British tyres have improved over the years - its sometime since I had the incidents with car tyres and ...

Re: classic bike tyres
thanks for replies, I am considering having the rims fitted with a bonded liner (Central Wheel building) this allows the fitting of tubeless tyres and will increase the availability of choice, as its not getting any easier to find what one wants. We must be aware though, that just because something ...

I wondered if an members had any opinions on tyres for my Morini 125H,size is 2.75 X 18 and 3.00 X 18. My original tyres need replacing, I don't really want an Indian or Chinese made tyre as I had issues with them when fitted to a car, it was like trying to stop a sledge, but British tyres seem to h...

Re: 125 WITH NO SPARK
Hi Bill, thanks for the info and kind comments, some cyclists are becoming a plague on the roads, I'm not speaking about someone's 12 year old kid riding to school but the licra louts who think they own the road! Re: 125 WITH NO SPARK
Hello Julian, We have it all stripped down now, but thanks for your offers of help, the exhaust has gone off for stripping as it needs re -chroming. When it comes back, a friend in the trade is going to raise the small dents, then its back to the platers, the other bits I have on order from Mdina th...

Re: 125 WITH NO SPARK

Could have been worse, I was only pootling along. So I have a few things to put right, the damage is mainly superficial...
