Does anyone have a rear luggage rack/carrier that they no longer need. Condition not too important but prefereably with the correct fittings.

Re: fork stancions
A. M Philpott in Luton specialise in hard chroming fork tubes, they replate them and then grind back to the correct size. I had some BSA forks done about 3 years ago and the cost was about £160.
Their other trading name is Pitted Forks.

Re: Alternative forks.
I had some fork tubes replated and reground last year by Philpotts in Luton. Took about 6 weeks but the quality seems OK.

Look at the Speedy Cables web site, I haven't used them yet but I've bookmarked them ready for a possible job on my speedo in the Autumn.

Re: K2 ignition pickup
When you get the K2 back together have you thought about getting it Dyno tested on a rolling road? There is a set up near you at Mursley not far from Milton Keynes. When I was there a few years ago (not for testing though!) they were getting a bike ready and apparently they can check exhaust emissio...

Back again on Morini's
Hi Folks, Just had the first proper ride this evening on my recently acquired K2. It's an import, 28,000 km and it seems original and unmolested. Few issues with the idiot lights, otherwise it seems to go very well apart from when the throttle is just gently opened from tickover when it tends to die...
