Mark.... Yes it was the rear cylinder that was not firing when the engine heated up ( that's what I meant by hot). Thanks Trevor.....that's exactly the kind of info I'm looking for. It seems then I maybe wasting my money on another set of replacement NLM transducers. How long have you been running the Tritsch type and are they running fine? Do you know if they will work with either type of pick up ? and who sell...

I renewed the ignition transducers about 5 years ago but hardly do a thousand miles a year and recently it has started running on one cylinder when hot....or after half to three quarters of an hour. After leaving it to cool down for an hour or so it starts and runs fine again. Any suggestions please...

did you get the clutch shim kit from North Leicester? I did my clutch seal about 3 or 4 years ago and never had a problem with it since.
