Flywheel magnetising was checked by NLM and found to be good. It holds 2 Kg lump hammer which was my basic rule of thumb test and then checked by NLM. If you check back on my threads Paul Compton advised changes perhaps ...

As mentioned previously try what Paul Compton advise me! See below.

When I have a bike turn up with no spark, I break it down to the most basic setup.

Pull all green wires from the fuse panel.

Connect the green wire from the alternator directly to the ignition boxes ...

Bike MOT'd today minor advisory for rust on front brake disc.

I thought it would have been long gone by now!

This ad has been up a while now and only one sniff..... I thought these were more sought after bikes than this is proving to be. I'm not desperate but I do want to to move it sooner than later. Any takers out there?

Steve & Harry have got it right thats exactly how I did it although I did heat them up with a hot air gun, makes it a bit easier!

Take it off strip it down check the seals and replace if perished. If thats too difficult replace it with a manual tap from NLM! Easy..!!

Well, it seems my friend Clive doesn't want it. I must admit though, it is such a nice rebuild I'm considering getting this off you. Just need to complete the TU250 and sell it (completion before Christmas, selling after).
