Hi
the serated spring steel collar you see in the pic of the spare plunger is what retains it in its housing, it is angled to make it default to pull out, but not impossible ???, there is an O ring above it to seal the plunger in its housing once seated.

Re: Stepper motor probably
Yours is identical to mine I have just checked, I think there is a spring steel circling that needs to be prized out, I am going to have a look at mine this next winter, but for now it’s running ok. Have you tried running the bike any difference

Re: Stepper motor probably
Hi
good work , looks like a load of carbon does it vibrate, ie move in the housing.
I am trying to find the info on pulling them apart, see photo of the plunger and part no/

Re: Stepper motor probably
the stepper motor is a small solenoid type plunger valve in a cylinder, it has a 5v feed check its getting a supply , you could pull it off very easy and try some WD 40 in the intake, plug it into the feed and switch on the ignition you will feel it vibrate as the plunger moves, you can pull them ap...

Re: Alternator wires / connector
just clean the contacts very thoroughly, use some dialectic grease, and see if it is still happening.
replace the connectors with heavy duty ones, simple fix.
vehicle wiring products have some.

Re: Clutch woes
I had my bike remapped , they fixed a tick over issue which was good, but I was not happy about the fact I took a pristine bike to them and it was used for a week, when I picked it up it was filthy. I will use them only as a last resort, they need to look after there customers, after care and suppor...

Re: Now what?
I have not had a chance to have a proper look but it could be using a similar cam shaped roller bearing as Ducati, that only grip one way and slips the other. When I have had problems with Ducatis I have always shortened the spring which works every time, just guessing here, if anyone knows better, ...

Re: Clutch woes
frustrating yes I can imagine especially the distance and time you have travelled. A change of non fiction plate to increase the stacked height is all you need, but its trial and error. you could attempt to do it yourself or a knowleable friend etc to assist. Even if you deck height is not within sp...

Re: Clutch woes
Have a look at 114/1106 in corsaro manual. I think your problem is your deck height is to low, you will need to substitute some 1.5 mm plates for 2 mm non friction plates, assuming Ben at motohub will have done this, they are very good, perhaps he was unable to test ride it, but this is almost certa...

Re: Clutch woes
Hi As this is my old bike which was bought in 2015 from its second owner at 6k , I have some history with it. The clutch does have a single push rod with a combination of a ball bearing and a short push rod I think from memory. The adjustment is slightly complicated comprising of rotating the rear w...
