T'wasn't meant to be a derisory offer m'dear.. Just wanted to start the ball rolling with the bidding. :) :D Don't let my mock outrage fool you! Still not sure if it's worth selling, or if I should hold onto it for when I desperately need another Morini in about 2-3 years' time... Camper vans? No t...

And I'm glad I fetched it last week, the radio tells me you're pretty well cut off right now? It snowed again today, with more forecast, so probably good timing! So you just had to give the carbs a proper flush out? I wonder if I'd have been able to sell it if I'd had the time to get it running pro...

The year was 1998, so I guess I'll start the bidding at £19:98p.
£20? For a piece of Club history?!

:o

How are you these days? D'you keep in touch with any of the others?

Yeah, that clutch thing, Blue Bell at Belchford- happy days. What a lovely pub that was for a few short years...

Unique handlebar fairing

Here is my home made fairing, similar to Guzzi LeMans Mk1 but actually made from a BAe ATP propeller spinner fairing- spun aluminium construction. Shown in 1996 shortly after completion- professionally painted shortly after in Ferrari yellow to match the bike. http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c179/...

Hello What plugs are you using? I would always advocate NGK BP6EVs, although as others have pointed out they tend to mask other ignition problems... I fitted the ESs once and my bike wouldn't rev past 7000. Putting back the EVs (or Denso ZUs) sorted it. Could be a cheap fix; worth trying first, anyw...

I'm starting to think the unthinkable now. No, I'm not selling it but I am considering paying somebody to get in back on the road. I wouldn't even have considered this drastic step a few years ago, but as I have no time, and have to empty my garage for a few months so we can extend our house, it cou...

Nice one!

Do you have any pics of your friend's Morini flat tracker? I'd like to see that.

Yeah, they don't fit.

Had this same problem ten years ago; thought it might have been resolved by now!

The only real solution is to have your original shoes relined.

Hi, funny that isn't it. The V7 Guzzi is the only bike I've seen in ages that actually takes my fancy too (though I've only seen pictires). I've got a '69 Triumph and can't believe the write ups I see about the "new Bonnie", 'cos to me it looks like a Superdream on steriods comapred to th...

It can all be very frustrating. I can't believe how long mine has been off the road and how difficult it's proving to be to get it running properly again. When I was commuting on it, using it day in, day out in all weathers plus riding it just for fun, it never went wrong, not ever. From '94 (when I...
