Hi All - thanks for accepting me as a member.
I live in Finland where Moto Morini is a very rare bike and the Kanguro even more so.
I bought this one at Mannheim Veterama last fall from the Italian owner.
It is as new, only 15k on the clock! (will add a pic. once I get it in presentable shape with all parts on!).
Anyway, I'm about to change the timing belt and need a puller to get the flywheel out.
So, I found (from this forum) drawings made by Graham Pearce, Brisbane, Australia - thanks very much Graham!
Just want to make sure - there is a comment "to suit 3½ & 500 Electric start"
Is it so (as I believe) that the "Electric start" refers ONLY to 500 and NOT to 3½?
... to ve more specific:
The puller thread spec is M27x1,25
If this is not the right one for my Kanguro (whch does not have el. start) - then what would be the correct?
Many Thanks
Pauli

Re: Flywheel puller for Kanguro 1985
Hello Pauli, welcome to the Forum!
As for your questions/remarks:
1.Just want to make sure - there is a comment "to suit 3½ & 500 Electric start"
Is it so (as I believe) that the "Electric start" refers ONLY to 500 and NOT to 3½?
Later 3½ models have an electric start, even the Kanguro X3 and Coguaro have an electric start.
Unfortunately, I am not quite sure as from which year.
2.... to be more specific:
The puller thread spec is M27x1,25
If this is not the right one for my Kanguro (whch does not have el. start) - then what would be the correct?
As far as I know this is right. All pullers have M27 threat and 1,25 pitch (unless the flywheel is not original, but I have never heard of that).

You can find these pullers in scooter shops.
