I have lost the swingarm protection from the chain .. spare parts it's not available ? Suggestion to rebuild it ?

You need some hard nylon and try and cut it into shape.
Another idea: would this part from the Ducati Indiana fit?

there is a guy in the Italian club making them for Kanguro's etc, with some adjustments they will fit an Excalibir/NY too, see morinispecial.it
